How we use cookies

SnapChat, Facebook, Instagram, & Google login

You can connect your Yo! App™ account to social media websites using Snapchat or one of the other available login services. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share your Yo! App™ store downloads with others within your network. Any data that you include on your profile and any content you post or social action (e.g. likes, follows, comments, shares) you take while using our Services will not be collected or shared. We only use your data to provide, support, personalize and develop our Services. If a Yo! App™ user has not signed in using Facebook for more than 90 days, Yo! App™ losses access to an account’s data is automatically removed by Facebook.

Google Analytics

When someone visits www.novuapp.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Mailing Lists

As part of the registration process for our Yo! App™ mailing list, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are correct and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organizations and businesses.

Links to other websites

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.

Yo! App™ Privacy Policy.

We only collect data in an anonymous format when you allow it. We NEVER collect anything typed in password fields.

When we do collect data, we ONLY do so when it will help enhance the functionality of Yo! App, allowing us to provide you with the best possible experience. If it doesn’t help improve the experience, we do not collect it.

Due to Apple’s design of the third party keyboard platform, if you do not give “full access” permission in the settings, we will not collect any data.
